My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was very well run and clean, being adjacent to the convention center and close to the train tracks, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with stained beds and carpets, and a grimy bathroom with mold issues. On the bright side, the service, especially from the manager who went out of their way to upgrade us when faced with a TV remote problem, was awesome.
